In March, two new characters were introduced- Alexis, the singing squirrel and Ibn, Booms excessively hairy sibling. Alexis debuted in the first comic to be called "FRUITCAKES", which Chris thought was a more fitting name. It was actually mistaken for a whole different comic by the editor of the S5 news, a class newspaper that I sent comics to at a wage of $00.10.
School ended, and I decided to send my comics to the local newspaper. Despite a grease stain from a McDonald's cheese-burger, I still think they have a chance of passing. (Course, due to the decrease of daily newspapers, cartooning is now extremely competitive) In this summer month of June , I have illustrated a for my grand-parents, make the characters clothes look actually like clothes, and I'm now working on a "FRUITCAKES" time-line to commemorate a year of cartooning.

In fifth -grade, I decided to make a class newspaper called the "Southdale Weekly". Pow and Boom, now a more humorous comic strip, appeared in all twelve editions of the paper. Ping, antagonist bird to Boom's cooking, debuted in the newspaper.
Also, on September 9, 2007, T-Vord 1 was completed, and "T-Vord: Bevas in the Caucasus" was started, starring probably my craziest inventions- the Bevas, mutant aliens who resembled giant beavers who spoke "lik theese". Along side, appearing in December's "T-Vord: The Final Battle"* was the ballet/anarchist Karl Marx the Younger (a.k.a The Dancing Beva).
In February, "Pow and Boom" would change a lot.

HISTORY OF CHRIS 2 COMICS

I began writing comics at the end of June,2007. My first comic, "T-Vord in the Occult", a cartoon about a eccentric man who gets involved with a fanatic group in imaginary Vorgonzola, was ill constructed. I still have the beat up spiral that contains about 90 pages of T-Vord comics.
On July 13, 2007, I started another comic strip "Pow and Boom", which originally was a bear (Pow) and a deaf dog (Boom) who join the United Nations. The seeds were planted for the future Fruitcakes comics.
That summer, I made a Pow and Boom "get-well" card and even a Pow and Boom comic book for my brother's birthday on August 26.
It was September when my real cartooning career began.
